Job summary

HTX is Singapore’s Science and Technology agency that brings together diverse capabilities to develop transformative, operationally ready solutions for public safety. The Senior Specialist/Specialist will assist the Deputy Director in leading the project team to manage development projects, providing deep specialised skillsets in project management to develop organic capability within HTX.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and contract management within building construction.
• Knowledge of cost control, procurement and contract variations.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with good judgement.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development efforts with users for planning, acquisition, implementation and tender inputs.
• Oversee cost, contract management including CVRs and alignment with guidelines.
• Supervise infrastructure management, quality audits and sustainability considerations.
