eames consulting group (singapore) pte. ltd. partners with a leading financial institution to hire a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager (Corporate Tech). This high-visibility role bridges technology with HR, Risk and Corporate Communications.

You will lead multi-program delivery, deputize for the team lead, and engage C-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in banking/consulting, with hybrid PM/BA capability and strong communication.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or management consulting.
Hybrid PM/BA capability with strong requirements writing and multi-stream planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong banking domain knowledge; consultancy background encouraged.
Experience with technology implementations in corporate functions (HR, communications).

Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery & PMO: lead complex projects with governance and executive reporting.
Functional Business Analysis: elicit, validate, and translate requirements into specs and designs.
Executive Stakeholder Leadership: advise and align cross-functional teams for priorities.
Commercial & Vendor Governance: manage RFPs, service providers, and SoWs.
Risk & Quality Assurance: ensure regulatory/compliance deliverables and testing readiness.
