Eames Consulting Group is partnering with an established Financial Institution to hire a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager (Corporate Tech) in Singapore. This role bridges technology with HR, Risk, and Corporate Communications across multiple programs.

You will lead complex projects, govern PMO processes, and engage C-level stakeholders while driving strategic technology transformations in the financial services sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or management consulting.
• Hybrid PM/BA capability with ability to handle multi-stream project plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management under pressure.
• Strong banking context knowledge; consultancy background welcome.
• Experience with HR systems or corporate tech implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, interdependent projects from initiation to deployment with PMO governance.
• Partner with business units to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Provide advisory governance and align cross-functional teams to priorities.
• Oversee vendor management, RFPs, and statements of work.
• Ensure risk, quality, compliance, and control deliverables are met.
