Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of working experience in a relevant field, exposure to financial services is advantageous.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop executive-ready materials with clear insights and recommendations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic priorities by supporting senior management with concise analyses, recommendations, agendas and papers.
• Translate external developments into practical insights by assessing market, regulatory, technology and industry trends.
• Engage teams across DBS units and markets to shape approach and coordinate implementation.
• Support internal engagements and capability building with practical tools, guidance and learning initiatives.
