Qualifications

• 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in supply chain transformation and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects and manage teams of consultants/work streams, ensuring quality and delivery on time.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding client relationships.
• Develop and contribute to thought leadership, case studies and reusable assets for go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Ensure project administration is up to date (SoW, tagging, timesheets, expenses) and leverage IP across practice.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, foster collaboration, and deliver client value with measurable outcomes.
• Engage with clients to extract information, facilitate workshops, and communicate progress effectively.
