Job summary

PHOENIX SOLUTIONS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning professional to configure and maintain OMP platforms, support end-to-end OMP projects, and oversee forecasting models and ERP integrations across multiple locations.

The role requires strong analytical skills and a track record in improving cross-functional supply chain processes. You will conduct workshops, train end users, and drive continuous operational improvements while collaborating with procurement,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and OMP implementation.
• Proficiency in ERP and planning tools (OMP, ODOO, MS Excel, Power BI).
• Strong technical background with analytical skills to evaluate cross-functional processes and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and maintain OMP platforms and modules based on business and planning requirements.
• Support end-to-end OMP implementation projects, including system design, testing, configuration, and rollout.
• Process orders, manage invoicing, and monitor stock levels across locations to ensure total inventory availability.
• Evaluate procurement and sourcing options, conduct supplier evaluations, and coordinate global logistics.
• Manage forecasting models, planning views, dashboards, and system integration with enterprise ERP systems.
• Conduct workshops, provide end-user training, and deliver continuous operational improvements across supply chain teams.
