Job summary

Coway Engineering & Marketing Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Executive to support procurement, inventory and logistics operations. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

Responsibilities include procurement, supplier management, inventory monitoring, and reporting to continuously improve planning and efficiency. A Diploma or Degree in a related field and 2–3 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years in purchasing, logistics or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or MRO.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supplier management to plan and arrange materials.
• Purchase of materials, components and services per production needs.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Engineering on orders.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery and quality of purchases.
• Review forecasts and support material planning.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Prepare planning, inventory and supply chain reports.
