Job summary

Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to ensure smooth execution of customer orders through coordination of inventory, material availability, procurement status, and production requirements.

You will support demand planning activities and provide coverage for forecasting and supply planning functions when required, liaising with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Operations and Logistics to maintain service levels and inventory health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and verify inventory availability.
• Monitor inventory positions and identify stock-outs, excess inventory and slow-moving stock.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations to resolve material constraints and ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Support demand planning activities and forecasting when required.
• Prepare supply chain reports and monitor KPIs.
