Job summary

Avnet in Singapore seeks a supplier professional focused on strategic leadership to strengthen relationships with key suppliers and optimize financial performance across assigned product lines.

You will direct supplier plans, align goals with Avnet, drive new opportunities, participate in business reviews, and manage forecasting and rebates, while collaborating across product groups to negotiate favorable terms and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supplier management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the supplier business plan and implementation.
• Aligns supplier goals with the company objectives.
• Determines and recommends plans for supplier relationships.
• Participates in supplier business reviews and resolves issues.
• Identifies new supplier opportunities and value propositions.
• Supports cross-functional price negotiations and market knowledge.
• Manages activities to drive supplier pro-forma performance toward Avnet's financial goals.
• Performs analysis and reports on program impact for the supplier.
• Manages forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections.
• Other duties as assigned.
