Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify and manage suppliers for anodization, electropolishing, plating, cleaning, coating processes
• Lead quality problem resolutions, troubleshooting and incident management, drive root cause, correction actions and prevent recurrence
• Lead supplier technical audit process, evaluate supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier
• Communicate technical requirement and expectation effectively to suppliers
• Collaborate closely with supplier to design and perform DOEs to define process windows, characterize new requirements, and evaluate chemistries, technologies
• Compile, analyze, and interpret test data to establish process specifications
• Generate comprehensive technical reports for both internal and external teams
• Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
