Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor process, preferably in Plating process.
• Must be able to work closely with the customer at customer's site/cleanroom daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations and repairs.
• Work closely with the customer to develop leading-edge manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
