Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, science or relevant fields.
• 5–10 years' experience in semiconductor wafer fab environment with commercial or project management portfolio is advantageous.
• The role is a 2-year contract with potential renewal or conversion depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing program across manufacturing materials with regional and global teams.
• Provide consolidated program reporting including milestones, spend, budget, capacity and first sample delivery.
• Handle procurement activities including outsourcing and vendor selection; implement purchasing procedures.
• Review purchase requests for completeness and compliance with company requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing with engineering and manufacturing to maintain inventories at planned levels.
• Negotiate with vendors and approve purchases of authorized amounts.
• Maintain purchasing orders, systems and documentation; monitor contract cost, schedule and performance metrics.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and related programs.
• Work on other projects and assignments as needed.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and strong communication throughout projects.

Summary of Role:

Lead Program Management for Singapore & Germany Global Manufacturing Materials Sourcing. Accountable for sourcing milestones, documentation and implementation of procurement processes to support the success of GF US sourcing activities for fab expansion and refresh.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sourcing program coordination across all manufacturing materials requirements interfacing with Regional and Global Commodity Teams reporting directly to Global Manufacturing Materials Director
• Performs consolidated program executive reporting including milestones, spend, budget, capacity, first sample delivery.
• Performs activities related to material procurement, outsourcing, and vendor selection. Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently):
• Develops, implements and communicates company policies and procedures for purchasing.
• Reviews purchase requests for completeness and compliance with company requirements;
• May coordinate purchasing activities with the engineering and manufacturing departments to maintain inventories at planned levels.
• Negotiates with vendors and approves purchases of authorized amounts or size.
• Maintains and updates purchasing orders, systems, and documentation. Monitors the cost, schedule and performance metrics of contracts and subcontracts.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Works on other projects and/or assignments as needed
• Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, science or relevant fields.
• Candidates without prior professional experience may also be considered. (Renumeration and job levels will be adjusted accordingly)
• Candidates with 5-10 years' experience in semiconductor wafer fab environment with commercial or project management portfolio will be advantageous.
• The role will be on a 2-year contract, renewal or conversion will be subjected to business requirements.
