Job summary

Velocity Electronics in Singapore is seeking a Program Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to our strategic sourcing program. This onsite role requires strong organization and communication skills.

You will coordinate supplier communications, track purchase orders, inspect reports, assist with PO creation and payment tracking, and support QBRs and supplier reviews. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in procurement or related admin work are expected.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing support, supply chain, or related admin function.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communications with designated supplier groups.
• Following up on purchase orders and order status.
• Tracking and coordinating inspection reports with suppliers.
• Assisting in the creation and processing of Purchase Orders.
• Monitoring and following up on payment status.
• Supporting the quotation review process and providing feedback where appropriate.
• Assisting with supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and related activities.
