Job summary

Velocity Electronics Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Program Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to our strategic sourcing program, onsite at our Singapore office.

The role coordinates supplier communications, tracks purchase orders and inspections, processes orders, and assists with supplier QBRs. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with 3–5 years in procurement or related admin functions.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3–5 years of procurement or related administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities
