Job summary

Halliburton Far East Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Procurement Specialist (Sr) to plan and execute sourcing, manage supplier relations, and drive cost efficient procurement for plant and project needs.

You will issue POs, run RFQs, and ensure compliance with category strategies while advancing local procurement initiatives. A technical/business undergrad degree and 2+ years in procurement are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of procurement or production experience.
• Advanced procurement certification preferred (CPM, etc.).
• Purchase to Pay knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans sourcing of goods and services to support plant level operations.
• Follows Category Management strategies per policy.
• Issues purchase orders based on material requirements.
• Implements local procurement agreements.
• Creates RFQs and competitive bids for best value.
• Assesses supplier performance.
• Role contributes to cost containment and efficiency.
