SPX Express is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Executive to optimise procurement processes, enforce compliance, and lead cost-saving opportunities across its large Southeast Asia e-commerce logistics network.

The role focuses on sourcing and tender activities, vendor performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver measurable efficiency gains and enhanced service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Internship or experience in procurement, accounting, or supply chain operations is desirable.
• Proficient in Excel with data management and analysis capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and tenders.
• Manage fleet agency vendor performance and service reliability.
• Lead end-to-end projects to improve operational efficiency and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and MOM regulations.
• Negotiate contract terms and coordinate with Legal for drafting.
• Provide regular updates to senior management with clear reporting.
