Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture and technology leadership.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale software systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise engineering maturity.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Define architecture principles, reference architectures and blueprints across cloud, private cloud and on-premises.
• Ensure architecture supports scalability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Establish governance for architecture reviews, design reviews and code quality practices.
• Drive adoption of modern Agile, DevSecOps and software engineering practices.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen architecture thinking and leadership.
• Provide trusted technical advice to senior leadership on architecture and capability priorities.
