Job summary

Servpro is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to own the design and technical direction of our cloud platforms in Singapore. You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable, cost-efficient cloud architectures and set the standards that engineering teams build against.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a design/architecture-facing role.
• Experience designing secure, scalable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into architectural artefacts and drive review processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for cloud workloads across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Design landing zones, account structures, and network topologies for multi-environment deployments.
• Produce architecture artefacts and secure review with internal and client stakeholders.
• Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards and module design.
• Set technical direction for CI/CD, release, and environment promotion strategies.
• Design IAM, encryption, and logging/audit coverage.
• Architect resilience with RTO/RPO, backups, and disaster recovery designs.
• Architect containerised workloads on Docker and Kubernetes, including clustering and networking.
• Mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and raise architectural maturity.
• Support pre-sales with solution write-ups and technical presentations.
• Evaluate new cloud services and perform build-vs-buy analyses.
• Partner with stakeholders to align architecture with delivery timelines and compliance.
