Job summary
SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Software Development Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or Software Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5+ years of IT project leadership and SDLC experience.
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile Project Management certification.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams across locations/time zones.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversees planning and execution of systems projects including budgeting, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage software projects within scope, quality, time, and cost to meet requirements.
- Develop and manages work plans with the software engineering team to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and train software developers throughout the SDLC.
