Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Software Development Manager on a 1-year contract to lead software development efforts in Jurong East. The role focuses on managing the SDLC across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, with mentoring responsibilities for the team.

The candidate should have extensive IT project leadership experience, Scrum Master certification, and strong English communication skills to liaise with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Certified Scrum Master / Certification in Agile Project Management.
• Proven experience in systems software development.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project leadership and SDLC lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of systems projects, including budgeting, hiring, sourcing of partners, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage software projects within scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver requirements and meet customer expectations.
• Develop and manage the work plan with the software engineering team for timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams and monitor progress, providing status updates.
• Train and mentor software developers and coordinate with partners, vendors, and contractors to align project goals.
