Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and social media content design, ideally for RedBook / WeChat.
Proficiency in CapCut, Video Editing, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong portfolio showcasing brochure/booklet layout and branding work.
Attention to typography, layout structure, and document usability.
Ability to manage multiple content calendars and meet tight publishing deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage the monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
Develop content ideas, themes, campaigns, hooks, and series based on business objectives.
Create platform-specific content for 小红书, 抖音/TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, 微信视频号 and other relevant platforms.
Understand 小红书 content style, user behaviour, trending formats and visual aesthetics.
Develop sales materials such as brochures, flyers, information packs, presentations, and digital ads for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Collaborate with the admissions, academic, and marketing teams to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with strategic messaging.
Conceptualize and design visual content specifically for 小红书 (RedBook), WeChat Channels, and other social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics with strong hooks and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns.
Research trending topics, competitor content and social media trends.
Write and refine Chinese and English captions, headlines and social media copy.
Coordinate content production and ensure posts are delivered according to schedule.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, saves, shares, views and other metrics.
