Job summary

Renologist Pte Ltd is seeking a content creator to capture and produce high‑quality visual content for social media across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook. You will photograph projects, document renovations, and cover company events with a strong eye for storytelling.

You will plan, shoot, and edit 60–120 second videos, adapt content for each platform, and craft English and Chinese captions to drive inquiries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
• Strong command of written English and Chinese for engaging captions and content.
• Solid understanding of social media content creation and platform best practices.
• Passion for photography, videography and visual storytelling.
• Ability to shoot photos/videos independently at project sites.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut or similar video-editing tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, renovations, site visits, homeowners' properties, and events.
• Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (60-120 seconds) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Produce home tours, before-and-after transformations, renovation tips, behind-the-scenes content, and design inspiration.
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Write captions and marketing copy in English and Chinese to encourage inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.
• Organise and maintain a structured media library of photos, videos, and assets.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.
• Use AI tools to support ideation, copywriting, planning, editing, and other workflows.
