Job summary

MediaOne is seeking an experienced SEO professional to manage multiple campaigns, build roadmaps, run technical audits, and collaborate with developers on crawling, indexation, speed, and site architecture.

You will enhance on-page SEO, plan content based on search intent, brief writers, review drafts, and track results with Google Search Console and GA4. You will report ROI, communicate strategy to clients, and contribute to scalable SEO SOPs and AI tooling.

Qualifications

Experience managing multiple SEO accounts
Hands-on technical SEO experience
Strong on-page and content optimisation skills
Confident with audits, prioritisation and execution
Strong reporting and analytics with clear performance explanations
Up-to-date with algorithm changes and search trends
Familiar with AI-assisted SEO tools and automation (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Manage multiple SEO campaigns concurrently.
Build and execute SEO roadmaps to hit KPIs.
Run technical audits and prioritise fixes.
Collaborate with developers on crawling, indexation, speed and site architecture.
Improve on-page SEO: titles, headings, internal links, schema, content structure.
Develop content plans based on search intent and gaps.
Brief writers, review drafts and improve quality.
Track results in Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools.
Diagnose ranking drops and volatility with a clear plan.
Produce monthly and quarterly ROI-focused reports.
Communicate strategy clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain MediaOne’s standards across deliverables.
Collaborate with tech team to refine AI SEO tool.
Contribute to scalable SOPs and productised SEO models.
