Job summary

Heroes of Digital is seeking a central coordinator and operational owner of our SEO campaigns to translate high-level strategy into a detailed roadmap with timelines and actionable next steps.

You will manage campaign deliverables, ensure the quality of the SEO team's execution, and coordinate between multiple internal and external teams to drive improved results within the established timeline, while supporting account executives to secure long-term client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• 2+ years hands-on SEO execution experience.
• Agency experience is a must.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRO.
• Proven ability to manage SEO campaigns and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level strategy into a detailed SEO campaign roadmap with timelines and actionable steps.
• Own and update the SEO campaign roadmap regularly reflecting priorities and progress.
• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for on-page and off-page SEO execution.
• Analyze data from analytics tools to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure quality of SEO team execution and deliver results within the established timeline.
• Collaborate with account executives to support client retention and performance.
