• Create and maintain sales opportunities, quotations, and sales orders in SAP CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics to meet requirements.
• Review orders and shipment docs for tax, trade, and internal policy compliance.
• Coordinate shipment readiness across global sites to support on‑time delivery and revenue recognition.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
