Job summary

Workforce Singapore Agency is seeking a policy and planning professional to support the strategic planning, policy, innovation and ecosystem development for the Careers and Employment Services sector in Singapore.

The role combines sector planning, policy research and incubation of new ideas to strengthen CES ecosystem effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues, develop strategies and translate insights into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to frame issues, develop options and recommend decisions.
• Experience translating research into policy recommendations.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders to build alignment.
• Strong written communication for briefs, submissions and decks.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of sector strategies and plans for the CES ecosystem.
• Conduct environmental scanning, policy research and sector analysis on trends affecting career planning and workforce development.
• Develop planning frameworks, KPIs and monitoring mechanisms to track outcomes.
• Lead ideation and incubation efforts to explore new concepts and service models.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings, platforms and governance processes.
