Job summary

TEN-LEAGUE CORPORATIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administration professional to manage quotations, orders, delivery notes, invoices and related sales documentation.

You will process customer orders accurately and coordinate with clients to ensure timely fulfilment. Join a fast-paced team and liaise with procurement, warehouse, logistics, service and finance to fulfil orders, monitor delivery schedules, and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales admin, customer service or sales.
• Experience in heavy equipment, machinery, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Process customer purchase orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with clients to meet order demands and ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise with procurement, warehouse, logistics, service, and finance to fulfil orders.
• Monitor order status and resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing and sales docs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and filing.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission.
