UNITED WINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, keeping the company competitive and innovative.

You will lead the sales team, design sales plans, and report results to upper management. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, forecasting, and building strong customer relationships while identifying new markets and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Implementing new sales plans.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
