NAZIHA WEST COAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Singapore to lead the sales team toward ambitious revenue targets. You will design strategic plans, drive customer acquisition, and ensure strong market presence in a competitive landscape.

You will recruit, coach, and monitor performance, build lasting customer relationships, and report forecasts to upper management. The role requires excellent communication and leadership under pressure.

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
• Willingness to work within opening hours.

Aufgaben

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
