Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
• Develop, promote, and grow company solutions into new and existing accounts.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within customer organizations to generate leads and conduct cold outreach.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and develop effective sales plans and solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services and provide guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Train, coach, and support sales team members; coordinate external training when required.
• Manage key customer accounts to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses, and present findings to senior management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory or market.
• Collaborate with finance, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and overall business operations.
• Represent the company at industry seminars, conferences, trade shows, and networking events as appropriate.
