Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Precision Engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek new business opportunities.
Promote and sell precision engineering services including machining, fabrication, assembly, and value-added processes.
Understand customer technical requirements, drawings, and quality expectations; coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and tender documents in a timely manner.
Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with customers.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and project progress for on-time fulfilment and satisfaction.
Address enquiries, complaints, and quality issues; facilitate corrective actions when needed.
Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
Achieve individual sales targets, gross margin objectives, and KPIs.
