Job summary

Fuku in Singapore seeks a Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base among interior designers, architects, contractors, and industry partners. You will promote acoustic and building material products and identify opportunities across commercial fit-out, office, government, and education sectors.

You will conduct client meetings, deliver compelling product presentations, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to move projects from enquiry to installation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, architecture, interior design, quantity surveying, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales/business development experience in building materials or interior fit-out.
• Existing network with interior designers, architects, or contractors is an advantage.
• Able to understand basic architectural drawings and project requirements.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and industry partners.
• Promote acoustic and building material products to potential clients.
• Identify and follow up on commercial fit-out, office, government, and education projects.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and product proposals.
• Follow up on projects from enquiry to order, delivery, and installation.
• Coordinate with internal Design, CAD, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Maintain sales pipeline and develop new leads through networking and industry events.
