Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required in business, finance, accounting, engineering, risk management or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, internal controls, audit or related function.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the risk management framework and policies.
• Coordinate risk assessments with business units to identify key risks and ensure proper mitigation.
• Monitor mitigation actions and follow up with stakeholders on identified risks.
• Assist in reviewing and strengthening internal controls, processes and policies.
• Support compliance monitoring to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in audits, including document preparation and follow-up of findings.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports with accurate documentation and records.
