Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual cluster key performance indicators and drive growth in new business through strategic planning.
• Conduct regular meetings with agency leaders and prospective Producers to enhance performance management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Motivate and guide top producers to reach their personal and agency goals.
• Identify and nurture potential agency leaders and producers within the cluster.
• Foster strong working relationships with various profit centers and departments.
• Manage operational requirements of the field force, providing logistics support and problem-solving assistance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory regulations and uphold professionalism across agencies.
• Create a conducive and productive working environment for the cluster.
• Evaluate business and regulatory risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay informed on industry trends related to regulatory compliance and technology risks.
• Proactively highlight potential concerns and share best practices in risk management.
