Job summary

Hongkong Land Limitedis seeking a General Manager, Retail Operations to support the Head of Leasing and Operations in strategic and operational management of SCPREF retail malls and commercial assets. The role focuses on asset performance, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance and financial efficiency.

The position requires 8–12 years in property management with 5 years managing Grade A properties, plus strong knowledge of MEP systems and leasing.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in property management, with at least 5 years managing Grade A commercial buildings and retail malls.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, facilities management, and commercial leasing environments.
• Professional certifications (CEA (RES), RICS, CPM, IFMA, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the commercial buildings and shopping malls, ensuring seamless functioning of facilities.
• Manage a team of inhouse and outsourced service providers including facilities management, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and parking operations.
