HTX, Singapore's Science and Technology agency, seeks a role focused on strategy, resource planning and manpower governance to support transformational initiatives. The role involves aligning across HTX departments, advising senior management, and conducting capability assessments within a dynamic, evolving environment.

You will evaluate manpower requests, balance organisational needs with HTX pillars, and help ensure governance of manpower establishment and job evaluation during restructurings.

Formación

• Meticulous and pay close attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic perspective.
• Experience in resource management or manpower planning is a plus.
• Exercise sound judgement to evaluate manpower and establishment requests.
• Balance organisation needs with HTX pillars and priorities.
• Adaptable, dynamic and capable of driving transformation.
• Willingness to work with cross-agency teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the Home Team’s operating context and harmonise efforts across HTX departments and agencies.
• Work closely with Sr Management on resource allocation.
• Provide sound recommendations to HTX senior management to shape the transformation under resource constraints.
• Conduct trade-off analyses to develop S&T strategies and processes for HTX.
• Assess manpower requests and propose justified recommendations to Senior Management.
• Maintain an overview of manpower establishment and organisational structure matters.
• Participate in job evaluation exercises for new units or reorganisations.
