Job summary

HTX, Singapore's homeland security Science and Technology agency, seeks a Lead Engineer/Engineer in the Programme Planning Office (PgPO) within the Enterprise Group. You will develop enterprise masterplans, coordinate cross‑functional roadmaps, and manage dependencies across design, delivery, funding, and maintenance.

You will engage stakeholders, oversee governance, and help automate project monitoring and reporting while staying abreast of technology trends relevant to EG.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in planning, trend analysis and business process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop Enterprise Masterplans and coordinate functional masterplans into enterprise‑wide strategic plans.
• Coordinate scope, ownership, dependencies and alignment for enterprise initiatives across design, delivery and budgeting.
• Oversee industry partnerships and vendor relationships; present recommendations to management.
