Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction management or asset portfolio management.
• Experience in managing R&D space planning is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate projects from planning to delivery ensuring alignment with A*STAR’s space plans.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for space projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and align objectives.
