Qualifications

• Degree qualification with at least 10 years of work experience.
• Prior regulatory engagement or governance role at a major financial institution is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for regulators and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with MAS and internal stakeholders on regular regulatory submissions (including annual CRAFT submission) and ad-hoc information requests.
• Oversee the coordination of meetings with MAS (including Supervisory College and Annual Business Meetings).
• Coordinate bank-wide MAS consultation papers and MAS inspections where necessary.
• Manage reporting to senior management on regulatory interaction and insights, and provide governance.
• Analyze regulatory data to uncover insights and hotspots using data analytics.
