Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a senior professional to join its Regulatory Reporting team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering accurate regulatory submissions and disclosures related to capital positions across multiple markets, and developing dashboards to monitor capital usage and risk indicators.

You will provide analytics on capital and RWA implications of growth strategies and work with MAS/BCBS regulators. Strong collaboration and process-improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent professional certification.
• At least 8–10 years in banking and finance.
• Strong knowledge of MAS Notice 637 or Basel capital rules.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Regulatory Reporting team.
• Deliver regulatory submissions and public disclosures on capital positions accurately and timely.
• Develop dashboards to monitor capital consumption across segments and countries.
• Provide analytics on capital and RWA implications of growth strategies and investments.
• Support regulator engagements (e.g., MAS/BCBS) and respond to surveys and queries.
• Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and risk tracking.
