Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing across air, ocean and land freight for Singapore operations.

You will lead end-to-end RFQ and tender processes, develop contracting strategies, negotiate pricing and terms, and collaborate with Legal on contracts.

This role strengthens supplier reliability and alignment with regional teams to drive cost efficiency and supply security.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics / Indirect Procurement.
• Manufacturing MNC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activities across air, ocean and land freight and indirect spend categories for Singapore operations.
• Identify procurement opportunities to improve TCO, service levels, lead times and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end RFQ and tender processes including supplier evaluation and negotiations.
• Develop contracting strategies, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate with Legal on contracts.
• Strengthen supplier reliability and supply security through evaluations, alternative sourcing and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Technical and regional/global teams on sourcing initiatives.
