Job summary

INSEAD is seeking an experienced recruitment and business development professional to join our team as Assistant Director, Recruitment and Business Development, Specialised Degrees, with a primary focus on the Executive Master in Change (EMC) programme.

This permanent, full-time role is based either at INSEAD’s Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France or Asia Campus in Singapore, with a hybrid model of three days on campus and two days remote.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategic recruitment, business development, consultative sales or a related field.
• Strong international experience and a consultative approach to engaging senior professionals and corporate stakeholders.
• Experience in higher education, executive education, postgraduate recruitment or the professional development sector would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering international recruitment or sales strategies.
• Strong consultative selling, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMC recruitment pipeline from initial enquiry through application and enrolment.
• Develop markets and strategic partnerships.
• Create high-impact recruitment experiences through information sessions, masterclasses, events and alumni engagement.
• Activate the INSEAD alumni network to support recruitment and market development.
• Collaborate across INSEAD to ensure a seamless candidate experience and refer suitable prospects.
• Use data to drive performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
