Job summary

INSEAD in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director, Client Relations to join its Executive Education Department. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Asia Campus in Singapore with a hybrid model (3 days on campus, 2 days from home).

You will manage a portfolio of APAC clients, develop strategies, propose programmes, and drive new business while ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of B2B sales experience and proven account management.
• Ability to develop strong client proposals and manage regional markets in APAC.
• Fluent in English; other regional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for clients within the portfolio of programmes.
• Develop and execute client strategy by analyzing current state, evolution and growth.
• Advise on best programmes and coordinate with faculty and operations on delivery.
• Handle CSP contracts and complex terms with attention to detail.
• Support sales for new business including proposals and loyalty programme management.
• Contribute to renewal and rollover contracts, including RFP responses.
• Ensure high programme quality and client satisfaction across APAC.
• Coordinate multi-modular programme delivery and collaboration with programme managers.
• Collaborate with Online and OEP teams to secure large bookings with HR groups.
