Job summary

SIN GUAN TECK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage contract administration and cost analysis for tenders in Singapore. You will review subcontract agreements, prepare costings, and monitor progress claims.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years in QS or related field, with immediate availability preferred. Training will be provided for candidates without experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or tertiary education required.
• At least 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Immediate start preferred; training provided for candidates without experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quantity Surveying and reviewing of Contract Administration.
• Request/sources for quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
• Handle and close tenders for submission.
• Monitor, prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders.
• Review subcontracts between company and subcontractors; terms, requisitions, drawings, procedures.
• Verify As-Built Drawings against actual completed work for Client submission.
• Other duties as assigned.
