NICHE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support in project costing, tender documentation, procurement, and cost control.

You will work closely with sales, account & finance, procurement, design and project teams to ensure projects stay within budget and achieve value for money. The role emphasizes cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract negotiation and timely tender submissions, with a focus on profitability and financial sustainability across construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying or contracts management.
• Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
• Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Prepare BOQ from drawings and specs.
• Prepare cost estimates and tender documents.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and control project costs.
• Value engineering and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to optimise outcomes.
• Manage valuations, variations, and claims.
