AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore. The ideal candidate will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), manage cost estimates, and advise project teams on cost-related decisions.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience and a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. The successful applicant will be pivotal in negotiating contracts and monitoring project costs to ensure compliance with budget constraints.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Knowledge in Tenders, scope of work, pricing schedule, and non-material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Provide advice on cost-related matters to project teams & ensure within budget.
• Work cross function to identify cost-saving opportunities & recommend solutions.
• Cost assessments and prepare reports on project performance, variations & potential risks.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor/supplier contracts on favorable terms.
• Monitor cost expenditure against budget, identify any deviations and implement corrective measures.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent
