Job summary

SIN DA CHENG CONSTRUCTION & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a project supervisor to allocate work to contractors, oversee subcontractors, and monitor safety on site while ensuring project progress.

You will negotiate cost estimates, prepare tender and contract documents, analyze costs, and provide advice on contractual claims to keep the project within scope and compliant with building regulations.

Qualifications

• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate workflow.
• Assess hazards and risks to maintain workplace safety.
• Communicate with management, contractors and sub-contractors on cost adjustments.
• Conduct negotiations to resolve project issues.
• Control project scope to meet objectives and enhance deliverables.
• Develop cost reduction strategies to increase overall project value.
• Monitor costs to meet project objectives under building contract law.
• Oversee compliance with standards.
• Prepare tender and contract documents per regulations.
• Prepare cost analyses to ensure value is enhanced.
• Provide advice on contractual claims to manage project scope.
