Job summary

Medvance Pte Ltd is seeking a capable logistics and procurement assistant to manage purchasing, stock levels, supplier coordination, and day-to-day logistics. You will handle customer enquiries and ensure timely product updates and operational support.

Key responsibilities include forecasting stock, preparing purchase orders, coordinating GRN, and assisting deliveries. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China suppliers and excel is essential for data tasks.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in purchasing, planning, inventory, or logistics is preferred.
• Mandarin/Chinese language required to liaise with China suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Forecast stock requirements and arrange stock replenishment.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate incoming goods and GRN, and plan warehouse space for receiving.
• Assist with deliveries and outgoing goods when required.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with suppliers to resolve product quality issues.
• Conduct product updates and revamps as needed.
• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned.
