Job summary

INTERMECH MACHINERY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing & Planning professional to manage stock purchasing, sourcing, and replenishment. The role requires coordinating import/export shipments and liaising with Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in purchasing/planning, an engineering background is a plus, and strong ERP/MS Office skills. This is a 5-day work week position for Singaporean or Permanent Residents only.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage stock purchasing, material sourcing and stock replenishment
• Arrange standard import/export shipments
• Liaise with Logistics to ensure smooth delivery
• Plan material usage
• Prepare and monitor production schedule
• Yearly vendor evaluation
• Perform other duties as delegated by supervisor
