Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an accomplished Procurement Leader in Singapore to shape sourcing strategy and drive supplier partnerships across an expanding regional footprint.

The successful candidate will develop and execute procurement strategies, lead strategic sourcing across multiple spend categories, negotiate critical supplier agreements and oversee governance, risk, and supplier evaluations to support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimally 10 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods or related industries.
• Proven track record managing supplier negotiations, category management and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading procurement teams and driving organisational capability building.
• Strong commercial acumen with balance of cost, quality and supply continuity objectives.
• Familiarity with local and international sourcing, trade compliance, logistics or export operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that support operational and commercial objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across ingredients, packaging, equipment and indirect spend categories.
• Build and manage key supplier relationships while negotiating commercial agreements and service levels.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Establish robust procurement governance, compliance and supplier evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, R&D and commercial teams on business priorities.
• Lead, mentor and develop procurement professionals while enhancing team capabilities across local and international sourcing.
